The questions you ask most.

We tackled some of the questions you ask most often. Can't find your answer here? You know what to do.

Hop(s) & Stuff

Our hops are sourced directly and stored in our refrigerated warehouse to ensure freshness.

You can also find our hops on the Lupulin Exchange:

Our US listings can be found here.

Aseptic products are flash heated at ultra-high temperatures for a very short time to minimize microbes in the puree. The product is cooled quickly to maintain the best flavor and color possible. Aseptic products are shelf stable and have a uniform flavor batch to batch.

One 1 USG pail of natural flavor is enough for 10 BBL (barrels) of finished product. The dosing rate is between 0.2% to 0.4% depending on desired flavor intensity.

Yes, absolutely! Please contact us directly and we can help you create your perfect flavor.

DOLIUM® Kegs

For more information on DOLIUM® Kegs, please see their comprehensive FAQ page or get in touch with us.

DOLIUM® Kegs are a one-way PET keg providing brewers of beer, kombucha, cold brew coffee and more with an innovative alternative to stainless steel kegs. Built with the mindset of a brewer these kegs are lightweight, 100% recyclable, UV protective and remove the need for return logistics.

Available in 30 liter (7.93 gallons), 20 liter (5.28 gallons) and 12.5 liter (3.30 gallons) prefilled with either nitrogen or CO2.

DOLIUM® uses 100% recyclable raw material in it's construction making it lightweight and designed for easy dis-assembly. The environmental impact of these one-way kegs when compared to stainless steel kegs is much lower.

The technical shelf life, in compliance with the brewer's specifications, is proven to be 6 months. This is equal to returnable stainless steel kegs.
