Brave Noise Beer Collaboration
“We Make Brewing Better" are the words we live by here at Hop & Stuff. Our motto extends beyond brewing ingredients and encompasses all aspects of our business. That’s why we are joining in the conversation started by Brave Noise to do our part in creating a safer industry for women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals. We stand with the brave voices within our industry and are committed to continue to build and maintain an environment where our employees feel supported and encouraged to speak up. Hop & Stuff has a zero-tolerance policy for gender-based discrimination, racism, homophobia, transphobia, harassment, or any other form of discrimination or bigotry.
Hop & Stuff will donate $1 per pound sold of Mosaic and Sabro hops to RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network). RAINN is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization and operates in partnership with 1,000 sexual assault service providers across the country. RAINN also carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, help survivors, and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.
Registration takes place on the Brave Noise Beer site. Orders for hops can be placed on our website or through our direct sales team by emailing sales@hopandstuff.com. We welcome all breweries participating to join our Wall of Brave Noise below. Send us your logo so we can link beer drinkers directly to you for your release. Brave Noise will continue until December, 2022.
Our Work Continues
Along with supporting this initiative, we are also currently in the process of:
- Reviewing company policies with the goal of providing additional education and support resources to our teams
- Writing and publicly sharing our Code of Conduct (Completed July, 2021)
- Encouraging diversity, equality, and inclusion, from our hiring practices to our daily business operations
- Ensuring all employees have a safe way to voice their feedback and concerns
Please contact us for any questions about the Brave Noise Beer Collaboration. Everyone should get the opportunity to work within our industry free of harassment or discrimination. We’ve pledged to continue this conversation within the industry and internally. We urge others to join us. Let’s be loud together.
