C H A R A C T E R I S T I C S
Vienna malt ideal for making lager beer brings approximately
double the colour as Pilsen malt due to different kilning method
and therefore is on the border between pale and dark colour
malts.
Higher kilning temperatures brings more products of Maillard
reaction thanks to which these malts give pronounced taste with
bready tones and full golden colour.
