Nugget contributes strong notes of orange and warm spices and becomes increasingly fruity as it ferments. At 12.9% - 14.1%, Nugget is a high alpha acid hop, also high in essential oils, most notably linalool. Some of our favorite breweries use Nugget in stages throughout the brewing process to make their best IPAs.
