Very different from the piny-ness of its West Coast cousin, our Vermont Chinook is bursting with pineapple and ripe tropical fruit as well as the dank sweetness of roses. At 10.9% - 14.5% alpha acid, Chinook can add the bitterness you are looking for when used in early additions and exceptional flavor and aroma when added late in the brewing process.
