Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates for orders are calculated and displayed at checkout, you can select your preferred shipping time and rate. Hop & Stuff only charges what our shipping carriers charge us for our shipping rates. Orders ship from our Vermont based facilities 3-5 business days (most cases but quicker!) after order placement (excluding orders that chose 'Please contact me to arrange shipping'). If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you directly. 

For more shipping options, additional shipping quotes or pick-up, please select 'Please contact me to arrange shipping' at check-out and a member of our team will contact you directly. Your order will not be processed until confirmation of shipping has been chosen.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail that includes your tracking information, so you can follow the progress of your order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, Hop & Stuff is not responsible for delays on behalf of the carrier. We will however help in any way possible. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ship to domestic and commercial addresses within the continental US and Canada. Hop & Stuff is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Returns
